More than three years after it’s release, a security hole has been found in the Visual IRC 2.0 (ViRC) chat client. Jesse McGrew (Mr2001) was quick to fix the issue, and a maintenance update is now available. You should just copy the files to the ViRC installation directory and overwrite the existing ones.
