After installing the Alpha 3 of Ubuntu/Kubuntu, it’s very possible that other operating systems on your pc are not recognized in the Grub boot menu. To fix this, open a terminal and type: sudo update-grub2 and hit enter. Upon the next reboot, all other operating systems should be in the list.
