FrostWire is a free and open source Gnutella P2P application, based on the LimeWire source. There’s no “pro†version of FrostWire, you get all the goodies for free. FrostWire can run on Windows XP, MacOSX, Linux. After a very long wait, there’s finally a new FrostWire version. This version includes torrent downloads and has a chat function built in. Please keep in mind that this piece of software can behave a bit weird sometimes, but hey … that never stopped me before!
